About Us

Steve began his real estate career in 2002. He became inspired to enter the real estate business initially as an investor. However, after completing his license training he realized that a career in residential real estate might be exciting and rewarding. It turns out that helping people buy and sell homes has become Steve’s career calling.

His areas of focus include Richfield, Bloomington, Edina, St. Louis Park, Eden Prairie and South Minneapolis. He has been the number one ranked realtor in Richfield since 2012 and his team works with buyers and sellers across the Twin Cities metro area.

Steve has earned the Minneapolis St. Paul Magazine's "Super Real Estate Agent" multiple times. He is a member of the Richfield Chamber of Commerce where he was recently received the "Business Leader of the Year" award three times. At Keller Williams, he has been a member of the Agent Leadership Council and master faculty. He served on the Pennfest committee, Treasurer with the Richfield Foundation and the President of the Richfield 4th of July committee.

When he’s not selling real estate, Steve enjoys reading, showing his 1978 Mercedes convertible in car shows, tackling home improvement projects, and traveling. He has visited 49 states and is looking forward to seeing his last state (Alaska) soon. He is a member of the Minnesota Events and Festivals Association and finds organizing and participating in local festivals and fairs rewarding.
