Penn Central Meeting

The city has come up with the funds needed to brighten the “Avenue”. Join us and learn from the hired consultant the various plans to install pedestrian level lighting on Penn.

The staff from the Richfield Community Development Department will be available to provide all the details along with the inevitable challenges. In addition they’ll share their insight on other potential projects in the city including a developer’s interest in a Penn Central property.
