DESCRIPTION:Each year the Richfield Chamber of Commerce hosts a recognition event called "Salute to Small Business". Chamber members nominate fellow members for the Small Business Hall of Fame.\n\n\n\nJoin us for the 2015 Salute to Small Business luncheon which will include award presentations to the 2015 Small Business Hall of Fame recipient(s)\, the Chamber's 2014 Farrington\, Sports and Government Relations awards and high school scholarship awards.\n\n\n\nOur keynote speaker will be Diane Cross\, President and CEO of Fraser a Richfield nonprofit serving adults and children with mental and physical disabilities. Diane's presentation will delve into the foundation of the Fraser culture and mission\, including the fascinating story of Mrs. Fraser's determination to educate children with special needs\, against many odds. Today Fraser continues to carry out Mrs. Fraser's vision through a wide array of services that include healthcare\, housing\, and education. \n\n\n\n"Doing It the Right Way\, for the Right Reason" will examine today's business and cultural climate changes and the challenges that remain that make staying the course difficult for any business.
