Richfield Health Center invites you to tour our skilled nursing center where you will learn about our variety of skilled nursing services, Transitional Care Unit, Rehabilitation Therapy Services, and resident activities and events.
Walk-in tours are available Monday thru Friday { Saturday tours available by appointment }
Following your tour, you will receive a delightful spring “Starter Kit” containing: • One small planter • Bag of soil • Choice of two bulbs or a packet of 4-6 seeds { Limit one kit per person / two kits per household }
