A few years ago\, Mark rappelled down the 23-story US Bank Plaza Building in downtown Minneapolis. In his presentation\, Mark will share why he sees this experience as a metaphor for overcoming adversity\, surrounding yourself with good people and the importance of what we say to ourselves.
