The Mayor's address\, which begins at 8:30AM in the City Council Chambers\, is open to the public - No Registration is Required.\n\n \n\nCommuter Services\n\n\n\n**SPECIAL NOTE**: parking at the Municipal Center can be challenging. We encourage attendees to carpool or take transit to the event\, if possible.
