Parking with wheelchair access is available at the American Legion\, 6501 Portland Ave.  Featured guest speaker:Floyd Roman\, retired Richfield Police Officer and WWII Veteran and Jay Henthorne\, Richfield Police Chief/Public Safety Director.    Music by the 34th Infantry "Red Bull" Band.   Food and beverage will be available for purchase at the VFW from 11:30-1:00 pm.  The event is free.  Please bring your own lawn chair.
