Frasier\, Associate Attorney at Law for Maser\, Amundson\, Boggio & Hendricks\, P.A. She is an accredited attorney for veterans' aid and attendance benefits before the Department of Veterans Affairs. She is also a member of the Minnesota Bar Association's Elder Law Section\, and the Minnesota Association for Guardianship and Conservatorship.\n\nA Special Presentation by Believet. Believet provides highly skilled assistance dogs\, free of charge\, to disabled veterans. We dedicate ourselves to the service of strengthening lives.\n\nAt the end of this session\, participants will be able to:\n\n1. Describe the physical and psychological benefits canine service dogs provide to our disabled Veterans.\n\n2.
